Everybody yelled surprise, I wasn't surprised.
Cause it's all in good fun right? At least I think so... And what better for conversation (especially after J Mac got things going with the drank). The more you know right?

I lost my first wish but remembered every detail of my first kiss
Thats that west end bliss...Word to the Cold Vein being the soundtrack to my life (after all these years). It's still hard to get myself around the f word, but if you had everything you would have no motivation I guess. By the way it was pretty much the same at Weezie's- crack (double order of tartare, mac n cheese), I really should go there more. But its east, and I'm west. Never meant.

maybe the food was better?

Because some people know me so well...
And this became the awesome idea to go to Hiro sushi. While I had heard a few things, this place has generally remained under the radar. Can't believe it took so long. Now this is not a place for those who think the annex california rolls are the greatest achievement of mankind. In fact, its small, fairly expensive, quiet and not really all that impressive inside (except for the knives). Oh yeah, the servers seem to be replaying avatar in their heads, so they are pretty much a write-off. The food however... almost better than the company (no not better, I said almost, which says plenty about how good the ish was). One day I'd like to have my own master sushi chef. Until then I'mma keep Master Hiro in the rotation.

Never disappoints, king & Parliament's carter. This is the spot where your girl will think you're some kind of culture wizard because she "didn't know there was anything around here, and wow that was some of the best food I've had in a while, and were those vegetables really grown around the corner?". And you can lean back because you only spent $70 (and that's with the drank). Dessert.
