It's not often I say that Darkie has good ideas, but friday his ish was bang-on. Uncooked beef in its finest form, sticky ribs, elk sliders... would have had the chicken but I wanted to save some animals for the farm. Ok, I'm on. I need that bbq short rib in my life though, so I gotta go back...crack
