I really enjoyed doing nothing, and by nothing I mean lounging with Mega the young lil, and sleeping. Seriously it's just too cold for anything else, and there's not much better company. And this means early starts for brunch. Liberty Village is usually a write-off but not today:) I continue to mess with school, and apparently so does everyone else (line=fact).

It's been too long indeed. Both for this, and spending time with my sister from another. All I'll really say about Loire is that despite it being overshadowed by something that should be more often, it was well worth it, and I'm mad that I hadn't been there sooner. So um, thanksgiving weekend was kind of like something ridiculous. Fillet at casa de Bartlet Friday. SLM with Deez n Tone Saturday turned into a 5lb roast, skrimp the size of your head, and some homegrown sweet potato fries. Rib roast, potato, veggies, 3x pies n cake Sunday evening. Adeline's crack duck n the goodness Sunday night. 2x soup, Turkey n clean on desert yesterday. Itis that doesn't get it and tries to stay around and cook me breakfast like it's not t-shirt time (I wish could just give YOU cab fare:). Was it worth it? Hell yeah. Food was great, and all the fam n family was even better. Can't wait to do it again at Christmas...

Brunch with young GC and Mega. Food was whatever but the mimosas were what it is. Not even gonna front, I fucks with the House of Heat. Followed by a trip to the CNE to kill ourselves. TOO MUCH FOOD. GC's other side got a shop set up the the building. Taqueria is the bizz. Bonafide chef in the back and love in the wrap. Check the Toronto locations. Man, and to response to all that ish around the bacon and butter, let me say this: Chocolate and Bacon are an awesome combo. But... the chocolate there isn't very good. Additionally, Deep fried butter should change your life. Unfortunately the batter is too thick, and the shit just turns into a mediocre donut. Way to miss the buss. All in all I love the EX, but I always leave with crippling itis wondering why I put myself through it. It's for the love (at least I'mma keep telling myself that).
